AKA - Your body's biofeedback. You body is sending you signals, telling you exactly where to pay attention, now its time to listen.
Hereโ€™s what to do:
1๏ธโƒฃ Watch the replay and rate yourself 1โ€“5 in each category.
2๏ธโƒฃ Identify your lowest score โ€” thatโ€™s your starting point.
3๏ธโƒฃ Choose ONE small action step to focus on this week to improve that area.
๐Ÿ’ก Example:
  • Sleep = 2 โ†’ action: set a 10pm bedtime alarm.
  • Stress = 1 โ†’ action: 5 minutes of journaling before bed.
This is where change starts โ€” not by trying to fix everything, but by building awareness and focusing on what matters most.
