Mindset change
Lately my mental health has been taking a hit but after 6 months of working with I can take a step back and see the progress in my mindset and habits. I have to look at the progress made and how even on hard days I am getting outside, walking at least 7,000 steps (most days), lifting at least 2-3 times a week and continuing to make healthier food choices! Thanks to a great trainer she has helped me refocus on what I am doing instead of “I’m just doing this..but not this”
