Ladies β tonight weβre going to do a SHREDS Session to figure out exactly where to start focusing your energy. This is a proven method I use in coaching to isolate the root cause of whatβs holding you back.
Hereβs how it works:
SHREDS = Sleep | Hunger | Recovery | Energy | Digestion | Stress
1οΈβ£ Rate yourself in each area 1β5 (1 = really struggling, 5 = rocking it).
2οΈβ£ Look at your scores β the lowest one is where weβll focus first.
3οΈβ£ Pick one small action step to improve that area this week.

- Sleep = 3
- Hunger = 2 β
β Focus here first.
- Action: Track meals and make sure you eat every 3β4 hours to stabilize energy.
