APRIL COMMUNITY CHALLENGE: “LOCK IN & LEVEL UP”
This month is about becoming the pet professional people can’t replace. Not because you’re busy… But because you’re consistent, professional, and structured. 🔒 The 4-Part Challenge: 1. 📅 Rebooking Discipline (Daily Focus) Every client. Every time. No exceptions. - Ask for the next appointment before they leave - Educate on timing (2–3 weeks, 4–5 weeks, etc.) - Offer options, not “let me know” 👉 Your future income is sitting in your rebooking rate. 2. 💬 Client Experience Upgrade (Daily Focus) We’re not just grooming—we’re delivering an experience. - Greet every client with intention - Communicate clearly (before, during, after service) - Say something that makes them feel taken care of 👉 People don’t just pay for the service. They pay for how you make them feel 3. 📲 Authority Content (4–5x per week) Stop just posting dogs. Start building trust. - Educate (shedding, matting, grooming schedules) - Show transformations with explanation - Speak like the expert you are 👉 If they trust you, they book you. 4. ⚙️ System of the Week (Weekly Focus) Each week, improve ONE part of your business: - Week 1: Booking & pricing clarity - Week 2: Check-in / check-out process - Week 3: Policies & enforcement - Week 4: Follow-ups & retention systems 👉 Messy systems = inconsistent money. 📊 Accountability Rules: - Check in at least 3x per week in this category - Share what you improved, not just what you did - Be honest—this isn’t for show, it’s for growth 🏆 Bonus (CEO Level): - Track your rebooking % this month - Track client retention - Track average ticket per client Real talk: If March exposed your inconsistency… April is where you fix it. The Challenge: For the next 30 days, you will commit to daily action in 3 key areas: 1. 💰 Revenue-Producing Action (Daily) Do at least ONE thing that directly makes you money: - Follow up with past clients - Ask for rebooking - Promote a service - Upsell an add-on - Post with a clear booking CTA 👉 If it doesn’t lead to money, it doesn’t count. 2. 📲 Visibility Action (Daily) Show up and remind people you exist: - Post your work - Educate pet parents - Share behind-the-scenes - Highlight a client or transformation 👉 No more “I’ll post later.” Later doesn’t build businesses. 3. 🧠 CEO Growth Action (Daily) You are not just a groomer—you’re a business owner. - Read 10 pages - Watch a training - Review your numbers - Improve a system or policy 👉 If you don’t grow, your business won’t either. 📊 Accountability Rules: - Check in DAILY in this category (quick post or comment) - Share wins, lessons, or even “I showed up today” - Miss a day?
