Future Pet Leaders of America, Inc. is officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This is a major step forward for the PETX ecosystem and the future of the pet industry. FPLA was created to expose youth to real career paths in pet care, animal care, veterinary medicine, grooming, training, entrepreneurship, leadership, media, technology, and beyond. Our goal is simple: Build access.Create opportunity.Develop future leaders.Strengthen the pet industry from the next generation up. Through FPLA, we will be developing mentorship opportunities, youth career exposure, leadership programming, scholarships, community service projects, and industry education. This is bigger than one organization. This is about legacy.
