Time for Tea!
I made some sun tea today with basil, oregano, mint, lemon balm, and lemon verbena. Simply cut herbs, stem and all, rinse them, put in jars halfway full then fill with water. Leave them in the sun at least 2 - 4 hours. (Longer if you want it stronger.) Strain them and add a little honey if you like. They're so refreshing and have several medicinal benefits.
It's a simple, yummy tea!

Here's to being outdoors to garden, build, hike, and kayak. Then back inside to cook and bake with what we've grown! Heal inside by working outside!
