These 5 moves are the backbone of your Fit Transformation. Do them 1–2–3 times daily to: ✅ Reset body alignment, stress & energy fast ✅ Primes Body & Mind for Readiness ✅ Build momentum & self belief through micro-wins ✅ Stack (3) 5 min a day = 100 hours of practice in a year = better than 95% of population Your 5 Primers: 1. The Root → Wake up your feet & nervous system 2. Rebounding → bounce stress out of your body 3. Reaching → move in all ranges of motion, unlocking neck/spine/shoulders 4. ARMOHBB → top move to enhance your posture 5. Recovery w/ Fascia Flossing
I've been pushing myself over the last few days and my body is like... Whoaaaaa buddy - you haven't been this intense in a while, you should dial it back a notch... So that is what I'm doing today... Soft Tissue Work and mobility - so that I can continue to move forward without fear of injury! Know that there's always something you can be doing to sharpen your ax and that you can only work with so much intensity until there is a mechanical breakdown. The pro's do work hard but their secret is that they recover harder 😎
