Recovery w/ Fascia Flossing
I've been pushing myself over the last few days and my body is like... Whoaaaaa buddy - you haven't been this intense in a while, you should dial it back a notch... So that is what I'm doing today... Soft Tissue Work and mobility - so that I can continue to move forward without fear of injury! Know that there's always something you can be doing to sharpen your ax and that you can only work with so much intensity until there is a mechanical breakdown. The pro's do work hard but their secret is that they recover harder π
