You’ll learn about allostatic load (the cumulative wear and tear from stress) and why your reactions make perfect sense when your system is overloaded.
✅ Do your body scan (optional but recommended)
Choose morning or evening. Use the guided audio if you want support.
Remember: you’re not trying to change anything… just noticing.
✅ Notice any “tipping point” moments
If something feels bigger than it “should,” or you suddenly feel overwhelmed or reactive, gently recognise it.
✅ Update your tracker
  • Your two daily check-ins
