Found it! Colon Cleanse 'Toxin Absorber' recipe!
Ok, I know this isn't everybody's favorite subject, but one of the things I found very useful to stop attacks is to clean out the gut (as you know if you got my free guide). I was feeling bad about it though, because what I usually did was start with the conch-shell cleanse, and then segue from that into a juice fast-cleanse using a product I used to order from Blessed Herbs. Unfortunately Blessed Herbs closed many years ago, and the Blessed Herbalist who invented the formulas has disappeared, and with her all her wonderful herbal formulas. The Colon Cleansing Kit, as it was called, came with a box of little envelopes of 'Toxin Absorber' powder, to be mixed with juice or water and drunk as quickly as possible (before it set into an undrinkably thick glop), a quart-sized glass jar to mix said non-glop in, and some 'Digestive Stimulator' capsules to make sure that the intestine wouldn't get too lazy without the stimulus of food going through the digestive tract. I figured that there are many effective herbal formulas to enhance bowel motility, so that was no problem; it was this 'Toxin Absorber' powder that HAD to be reproduced. Luckily the 'Toxin Absorber' is blessedly simple, containing only 4 ingredients: psyllium husk, bentonite clay, powdered ginger, and apple pectin, in the proportion of 6:2:1:1 by weight. These are all ingredients findable on line, or at your herbalist's shop, and you can mix them by yourself, and then measure out 10 grams of powder to add to your juice or what have you. Just make sure you get all organic ingredients, and mix it with organic juice. So after the salt-water cleanse, I would do my clay-psyllium-ginger-pectin juice fast for several days. Now, the reason I swear by this colon cleanse is that if you do the juice fast for long enough, the toxin absorber stuff REALLY works. You will start to pass the nasty black 'mucoid plaque' that accumulates on the intestinal walls. I took pictures the first time I did this cleanse, and it looked as though I had passed a whole woollen knee-sock, soaked in mud. I showed the pictures to my Kousmine doctor, who was very impressed, approved thoroughly, and noted that it was pulling mucoid plaque not only from the large but also the small intestine. I am not going to attach any photos, but if you search for 'intestinal mucoid plaque photos' you'll find lots on the web.
