Mindset Practices
Joel (who is in here), remembers one of the first questions I asked him: "What do you feed your mind?" - or maybe I asked him what he fed his brain, which isn't exactly the same thing, but very important just the same. I was talking about what ideas, information, relationships and habits we cultivate, as those condition our thoughts, which determine our emotions, our biochemistry, and thus our physiology.
We have CONTROL over our emotions, and HOW we react to life, if not what happens in life.
