Founders’ Cohort: A Quiet Reset, Starting Mid-January
Dear All, I want to share something with you first, because this community is where this work truly began. Over the past months — and especially in the last few weeks — I’ve been quietly weaving together something I’ve wanted to offer for a long time: a founders’ cohort for Biohack Like a Baby and the broader Sustainable Energy & Leadership work. This is not about “doing more” or pushing harder. It’s about rebuilding physiology, energy, and resilience in a way that will actually last. Starting in mid-January (tentatively Jan 15), I’m opening a small founding group where we will: - work through the Biohack Like a Baby immune reset together - begin gathering baseline data (including microbiome testing) so we can measure what’s changing - meet weekly live, with sessions recorded to become the future curriculum - include regular group energy work + support (these will be recorded, so if you miss the live session, you can listen later, and if the issues being addressed resonate, you will get the shift, too). This cohort will help shape how this work is offered going forward. A note on capacity (this matters): Not everyone is in the same place — financially, physically, or energetically. So: - Microbiome testing is encouraged but not mandatory - A juice fast or cleanse is optional, not required (and not appropriate for everyone — diabetics especially) - There will be different ways to participate, including a more accessible monthly membership level for those who need it The intention is support, not pressure. Why I’m sharing this now January is a natural reset point — and many of you have already told me you want to start the year doing something that actually makes a difference, not just another resolution that collapses under fatigue. If this speaks to you, here’s what you can do for now: - sit with it - notice what your body says - and, if you feel a yes, comment “FOUNDERS” below or message me privately I’ll share more concrete details very soon — including timing, structure, and next steps — but I wanted you to hear this here first.
