The Late Set: Restorative Yoga is happening in 13 days
How The Yoga Life Club is structured (and how to find your place)
I want to clearly explain how The Yoga Life Club is now structured and what each pathway supports. This is simply about transparency, so you can orient yourself and take your time. 🌿 OPEN (Free) The Open space is intentionally spacious. It’s here for: - Conversation and shared reflection - Orientation to yoga as a way of life - Exploring ideas without pressure or obligation - There is also a monthly 'Letter to Teachers', for those of you who are chosen to teach 🌱 ESSENTIALS $27 USD / month ESSENTIALS covers off-the-mat personal formation work. It's for those who want more continuity and structure as they integrate practice into how they live, work, and relate, without needing to be a teacher. This includes: - Monthly themes rooted in lived yoga wisdom - Audio reflections and guided inquiry - Journaling and gentle practices for daily life 🔥 PRO $47 USD / month PRO is the vocational formation space for teachers. It's not about more content, but about maturity, discernment, and support in the long game of teaching. It’s focused on: - Teaching yoga on and off the mat - Professional integrity and sustainability - Translating lived practice into responsible teaching - Depth rather than trends or performance A few important notes - There is no expectation to move tiers or upgrade - You’re welcome to take time to sit with what feels right - Some content lives intentionally within ESSENTIALS or PRO, so it can be received in the right context - Existing access and arrangements are being handled with care This is a long-game space, and nothing here is designed to rush or pressure. If you have questions, you’re welcome to ask, or simply stay where you are and observe how the Club continues to settle. Thank you for being part of this. Ann-See xo

📌 A quick check-in and where things are now
I want to take a moment to check in with you. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been doing some necessary behind-the-scenes work. Rather than drip-feeding changes, I chose to pause, tidy, and bring things into alignment first. That work is now done. Here’s where the community stands: - What’s available in Open (Free) is now clear and intentionally spacious - ESSENTIALS now holds the off-the-mat, personal formation content (formerly Pocketful of Grace) - PRO is clearly focused on vocational formation for teachers - Some older content has been archived so the space feels calmer and easier to navigate - A small number of standalone courses remain available to purchase separately I want to be very clear about one thing:there is no pressure to upgrade, buy, or decide anything right now. I haven’t introduced pricing for the tiers yet because my priority has been clarity, not conversion. I want this community to feel settled, honest, and coherent before anything else. Over the coming days, I’ll gently share: - how the tiers will work going forward - how pricing will support the long-term sustainability of the Collective - and how any existing access is honoured For now, you’re invited to simply notice how the space feels, explore what’s available to you, and ask questions if anything is unclear. Thank you for your patience and for being part of this community as it finds its shape.

One apprenticeship place available
Last year, I decided to stop running the MY KIND OF YOGA Teacher Training and instead, opted to run a personalised yoga apprenticeship / mentorship. It’s a slower, more personal way of deepening practice and, for some, gently exploring teaching, that is rooted in presence, breath, discernment, and how yoga actually lives off the mat. It's also how yoga was traditionally taught, passed down from teacher to student. At the moment, two people are already in this apprenticeship. They came to it from different places, one with a clear intention to teach, the other primarily for personal growth and depth, and both are doing the work with real honesty and commitment. As some of you know, I'm streamlining my life and in order to get there, I've trawling through quite a bit of stuff. However, this way of working with someone truly warms my heart and so I'm opening my schedule to work with one person. It may be a good fit if you: - have been practising and/or teaching yoga for a while but feel something is missing - want to move beyond always being guided - are curious about teaching (now or later), or simply want depth and steadiness - are in a season of transition and want a grounded practice to support it It’s not for those looking for a generic 200-hour training or a quick outcome. This will run over six months, includes monthly 1:1 sessions, and can be done in person or via Zoom, depending on location. The fee is £1,200, and for this particular place the full amount is being donated to help repair the roof of our pastor’s home. If this resonates, you’re welcome to message me here or email me for a simple, no-pressure conversation to explore whether it feels right for you and for this moment. Ann-See xo

📌 Welcome to The Yoga Life Collective
If you’ve been part of this space for a while, yes, I'm making further adjustments. What was previously the Yoga Teachers Club is now The Yoga Life Collective. Nothing has been taken away. This change simply gives a clearer name to what this community has already been holding and what I'm passionate about: yoga as a way of living, reflecting, and (for some) teaching. The Yoga Life Collective exists for those who sense that yoga was never meant to stop at the mat. It’s a space for personal formation, lived practice, and thoughtful dialogue without performance, hustle, or pressure. Within the Collective, the pathways are: - Open — for orientation, conversation, and gentle exploration - Essentials — for personal formation and off-the-mat practice - Pro — for teachers cultivating depth, integrity, and vocational maturity You don’t need to do anything right now. Take your time to look around, read, listen, and engage at a pace that feels honest. If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been here for a while, thank you. More will unfold gently and in good time. 📌 Welcome to The Yoga Life Collective
📌 A small but important update
After much deliberation, The Yoga Teachers Club is becoming The Yoga Life Collective. Nothing is being taken away. Your access, content, and place here remain exactly the same. This change simply gives a clearer name to what has already been happening in this space, which is exploring yoga not just as something we teach or practise, but as a way of living, reflecting, and becoming. Over time, this community has naturally held: - space for multipassionate fitness professionals - upskill and support for MY KIND OF YOGA™ teachers - off-the-mat reflection - and a whole bunch of other stuff The new name allows all of that to sit together more honestly and with more room to grow. If you’ve been part of this community for a while, please know this: you are part of the founding collective. Your presence has shaped the tone, depth, and integrity of this space. There’s nothing you need to do. Take your time to look around. If you have questions, you’re very welcome to ask them here. More soon ... gently and in good time. Ann-See xo
