Been thinking about this lately and curious everyone experience. Whats the most frustrating injury that you’ve dealt with and what did you do to go about fixing it?
I personally dealt with chronic shoulder instability that resulted in dislocations to the point that it dislocated in my sleep. I decided to forgo surgery due to the lengthy recovery process and poor outcomes and treat it myself. It’s been a long process of strengthening which I still focus on to this day. I’m happy to say I don’t have any issues with the shoulder but it is always something I focus on every workout.
Is there any injuries that you have dealt with? And if so did you go to a professional? Treat it on your own? Ignore it and hope it goes away?
