Hip Abduction Prep
Example of how one could prep a hip for a workout. Please DM me if you would like to go through this concept or if your experiencing hip pain and need help. Hip pain is usually a case of a dysfunctional joint. Developing rotation in the joint and proper ability to contract is what alleviates the pain.

Progressive loading into your end ranges of hip (rotation, flexion, extension, abduct, adduct)
