What are you grateful for this week?
Does have to be big, just put 1 thing you're grateful for.
Afterall remember
There will be seasons when gratitude comes easily.
And there will be seasons when we have to look for it.
When life feels heavy, uncertain, or painful, we may not feel grateful for what we are going through—and we don’t have to pretend that we are.
Gratitude is not about denying the difficult parts of our lives.
It is about remembering that even in the midst of difficulty, something good can still exist alongside it.
Maybe today you are grateful for the warmth of the sun on your face.
A conversation with someone who cares.
A warm cup of coffee.
A safe place to rest.
A prayer that brought you comfort.
Or simply the fact that you woke up this morning and have another opportunity to begin again
.
Sometimes we search for something big to be grateful for, when the sacred is quietly waiting for us in the smallest moments.
Gratitude brings us back into the present.
It reminds us to notice what we might otherwise overlook.
And little by little, it can shift our attention from everything that is missing toward what is still here.
So today, place both hands over your heart.
Take 3 slow breaths in and out
And ask yourself:
What is one thing—just one—that I can genuinely be grateful for right now?
You don’t need a long list.
Start with one.
Feel it.
Breathe it in.
Let yourself receive the goodness of that moment.
And then carry that gratitude with you into the rest of your week
.
