Over these past few weeks We have talked about coming home to ourselves. We have practiced grounding and returning to our center. We have explored gratitude, balance, alignment, and what it means to step more fully into the person we are becoming. And sometimes, when we are so focused on healing, growing and expanding our consciousness, we forget something very important: We forget to look back and see how far we have already come. So today, before we begin thinking about what comes next, I want you to ground yourself in what you already know to be true. You have grown. You have learned. You have made it through things you once wondered if you could survive. You have begun to recognize what feels aligned and what doesn't. You have indeed started listening differently— to your heart, to your body, to your intuition, and to that quiet voice within you that has always known the way home. That Matters And as we move toward the New Moon in Libra on October 10, this is a beautiful time to stand firmly in everything we have learned before while deciding what we want to create next. Remember, here in The Mindful Journey, we don't use the New Moon simply to make a wish list. We come home first. We get quiet. We ground ourselves. We look honestly at what we are still carrying that no longer supports the life we are creating—and then we begin setting intentions for what we are ready to cultivate in its place. The New Moon in Libra brings our attention beautifully toward balance, harmony, relationships and alignment. But before asking, “What do I want next?” perhaps the deeper questions are: What have I already accomplished? Who have I become because of everything I have walked through? What do I know now that I didn't know before? And then ask... What intention can I set that will carry me further along the path I am already walking? 🌿 Your Grounding Practice for Today Place both hands over your heart. Take three slow breaths. Feel your feet beneath you. Come back to your center.
