Trusting The Process
The last few weeks have reminded me of something I’ll probably never forget.
The universe is an organizer of chaos. That’s its whole job!
Within days of each other, my car caught on fire, and I got the call that my mom was having her other leg amputated.
For a moment, all I could see was chaos.
But while my mind was trying to solve every problem, life was already moving pieces I couldn’t see.
I went to Philadelphia to be with my mom. During that trip, she gave me her car. Then I discovered I could transport it back to Florida on the Amtrak Auto Train.
What looked like a complete disaster slowly became a solution I never could have planned.
That’s why I’m writing this.
Whatever name you give it—God, the Universe, Allah, Source, Jesus—I believe there is an intelligence that knows how to organize what looks like pure chaos.
Our minds panic because they can only see what’s in front of them. Life sees the entire board.
Sometimes the answer is already on its way before you’ve even finished asking the question.
Today I’m simply grateful. Grateful for my mom.
Grateful to have a car again.
Grateful for every unseen hand that was moving pieces while I had so many unnecessary worries
If you’re in a season where nothing makes sense yet, don’t mistake the middle of the story for the end of it.
Some things are being orchestrated that you can’t see yet.
Trust the process!
