Identity Confusion Is Expensive.
When you don’t know who you are, you don’t know what you’re actually offering to others.
And when you don’t know what you’re offering, you end up doing a lot of unpaid labor.
Unpaid emotional labor.
Unpaid intellectual labor.
Invisible labor.
You will unknowingly teach, guide, mentor. You will give insight people keep for life.
But because you haven’t named your IDENTITY, put a value on your VOICE, or the transformation you offer, it gets treated like it was free.
This doesn’t only happen in business.
It shows up in over-delivering, allowing people to drain you without any ROI and this one too 👉🏽 relationships where you give more than you receive.
It’s Not always because people are trying to use you. Sometimes it’s because they can see value in you that you haven’t fully claimed yet.
This is why identity isn’t just a “mindset” issue. It’s an economic one.
When you stabilize your identity , monetization stops being confusing. because now you know who you are & you know what you’re actually doing. It’s no longer invisible. Because you’ve made it crystal clear 👌🏾
