How Do You Define Success??
Before you launch your event, define what success looks like & the metric tied to it
If you don’t define the metric, your nervous system will define it for you emotionally.
And you’ll be saying you failed when you never even determined what it means to say “It was successful”
This leads to giving up before you ever really started. .
Defining what success means to the nervous system is crucial as you shift into a new identity.
