We just completed our 1st 7 Day Identity Challenge
For those who are just seeing this. I challenged the members to do something everyday this week which represented them being in their identity PUBLICALLY!
Meaning, someone needs to 👉🏽witness you being who you claim to be.
Not for validation…… for confronting the nervous system.
For those who participated, how was it INTERNALLY?
Did it feel natural or forced?
For me, it happened naturally. I unintentionally had a long consultation with someone in the dm about the process identity transformation . I even shared something I teach in the Identity Reconstruction course: the process of belief conversion.
It felt refreshing. I felt alive & energized.
This was different for me because I’m usually using content creation for identity, but this time it was more private. So this was new for me.
How was it for you?
P.S. this one was pretty “easy”. Next month will be a little harder. Meaning, I will challenge to you make a SPECIFIC type of content publically.
