Welcome to the reset.
Before we begin, I want you to hear this:
This is not a challenge to prove you are disciplined.
This is not a punishment plan.
This is not about doing everything perfectly for seven days.
This is about listening to your body again.
So many midlife women are walking into their weeks already depleted.
Tired before Monday even starts.
Craving at night.
Waking up unrested.
Feeling puffy, foggy, flat, irritated, or disconnected from themselves.
And then they blame themselves.
But here is the truth we are working from inside The Menopause Map:
You are not lazy, you may be under-supported.
