Help w daily calorie count
Hey ladies - can someone help me calculate calories I need to lose weight? I’ve seen several different methods and not sure which one is correct. The latest I’ve seen is my bodyweight x 7 x 1. This is different than one in the app.
I’m 58, weight 135, currently do Maddie’s over 40 workout (toning 3x, walk 4 days)
