Where are you on the Map? (Start Here)
You can't follow a map if you don't know where you’re standing. Most of us try to "fix" menopause by changing everything at once, but if your Sleep Floor is leaking, a new diet won't fix your exhaustion. If you haven't taken the 4-Floor Menopause Assessment yet, do that first. It takes 2 minutes and tells you exactly which "leak" to plug first (Sleep, Food, Nervous System, or Strength). Once you have your result (or if you’re just ready to claim your spot), post your baseline below:

Here it is- not sure what it all means but know my sleep is messed up. Plus work stress plays into it 😏

@Jennifer Seven sleep leak for sure. First of all my dog gets me up at 5:30 and has to go out. I get up with her feed her take her out and then try to go back to bed but usually can’t but I’m too tired to productively do anything. Last night probably fell asleep around 11 -1130. Had Wine at night- bad routine. I’ll try the two week program however there’s really now getting around getting up at 5:30 with the dog.🤨🧐 also where I live it’s really dark here and not a lot of sun so even if I go outside at 5:30 the birds aren’t even out yet so I’m alert and awake but kind of in limbo and not ready to start the day. Also on my iPad when I can’t sleep or hubby roams around and wakes me up. I’m also part of on online fellowship group until around 9-10 - 4 nights a week. I need to lock myself in a sleep pod lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ Even right now it’s almost 730 and I still need to work out but very tired and sorry this is so long🤣

Help w daily calorie count
Hey ladies - can someone help me calculate calories I need to lose weight? I’ve seen several different methods and not sure which one is correct. The latest I’ve seen is my bodyweight x 7 x 1. This is different than one in the app. I’m 58, weight 135, currently do Maddie’s over 40 workout (toning 3x, walk 4 days)

@Jennifer Seven when I first started I did the calculator in the app. It came out to about 1400. Some days I’m closer to 1500. I do struggle with the protein macro just because I’m not a huge meat eater nor do I really like eggs, but I’ve been eating them just because I need the protein. I cooked some chicken breast in the air fryer yesterday. Took one bite and threw it all out yuck.
