Hi! Im 58 -and 9 years post menopausal. Married w a 21 year old daughter. Tired of feeling tired- need to lose that stubborn 10 that came on during menopause. Trying to stick w the workouts - but navigating pots/ low blood pressure. Love my wine but know I need to stop! Happy to be here-!
