Move like an animal?
Animal movement is pretty popular atm. And to be fair it should be because it’s fantastic for full body co-ordination and strength building. Especially the cross and spiral patterns that I love so much.
But it’s only as useful as long as it’s not the only focus. Same with anything really!
Have you tried it yet? If not this one is a great place to start.
