The zombie press is a brilliant intro to old school style lifting.
It’s by no means an easy lift, not only do you have to be strong enough to lift the weight. You need to have good thoracic, hip and hamstring strength and mobility to really pull it off.
This is a common theme with a lot of the old school lifts. They marry mobility with strength. That that’s where the real gems are!
