Today, at The Leader Within we talked about IDENTITY.
Before we stepped into spring break, we had a powerful conversation with Mr. Donald from the Boys and Girls Club of Central Ohio.
And he challenged us with a real question:
Does your outward appearance match your inward identity?
We dug deep.
We did a billboard activity—where each student wrote down 5 internal characteristics about themselves… things people wouldn’t see at first glance.
Because the truth is: Most people only see the outside. But who you really are is built internally.
We talked about:
Why it’s important to truly know yourself
How your thoughts and identity shape your actions
And why it’s okay to be different
Here’s the truth we left with:
👉 If you don’t define who you are, the world will try to define it for you.
👉 And if your inside doesn’t match your outside, eventually the truth will show.
At The Leader Within, we’re not just building leaders—we’re helping young people discover who they really are.
Because identity drives everything.
