They learn how you love. They learn how you forgive. They learn what you value. They learn what leadership looks like by watching you. What you consistently model becomes what they naturally absorb. That's why legacy is never built in a single conversation. It's built through daily consistency. As leaders, our responsibility is bigger than providing for our families.
