Why I Created This Community Over the last 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of leading in many different spaces — schools, recreation centers, churches, corporate environments, youth programs, and mentoring groups. I’ve served as a pastor, mentor, teacher, faith-based counselor, supervisor, and speaker working with companies, community leaders, and individuals trying to grow. But here’s the truth about leadership… Most of what I learned didn’t come from success. It came from failure. From building things from the ground up. From making mistakes. From trying again. From learning what works — and what doesn’t. That’s why I created this community. This space is where I’ll share: • Leadership lessons • Real experiences • Practical tools • Hard truths • And the mistakes that shaped me Because I always say: “Don’t just tell me how you became successful… Tell me how you overcame failure.” Real leaders grow through failure, humility, and learning from each other. 🔥🦁🦅 THE LEADER WITHIN: TWO LEADERS. TWO EXPRESSIONS. ONE PURPOSE.
🔥🦁🦅 THE LEADER WITHIN: TWO LEADERS. TWO EXPRESSIONS. ONE PURPOSE. The lion and the eagle don't lead the same way—but they are both leaders. 🦁 THE LION — LEAD WITH COURAGE The lion represents strength, courage, authority, protection, confidence, and presence. The lion doesn't need to prove that it's a leader. It carries itself with an awareness of who it is. The lesson: Don't be afraid to stand when everyone else sits. Don't shrink because your leadership makes others uncomfortable. Don't confuse humility with weakness. Sometimes leadership means standing your ground. 🦅 THE EAGLE — LEAD WITH VISION The eagle represents vision, perspective, focus, freedom, elevation, patience, and the ability to see beyond what is immediately in front of it. The eagle doesn't fight every battle from the ground. Sometimes it rises above the storm so it can see what others cannot. The lesson: Don't let today's circumstances determine tomorrow's vision. Don't make permanent decisions from temporary pressure. Sometimes you need to rise before you can see clearly. Sometimes leadership means changing your perspective. 🔥🧊 FIRE & ICE. STRENGTH & VISION. COURAGE & PERSPECTIVE. The lion teaches us how to stand. The eagle teaches us how to rise. The lion reminds us to be courageous. The eagle reminds us to be visionary. The lion protects what matters. The eagle sees what is coming. And here's the truth: You don't have to lead like everyone else to be a leader. Your leadership may look different. Your assignment may look different. Your age may be different. Your platform may be different. But there is something within you that was placed there to influence, serve, build, protect, inspire, and lead. Whether you're 12 or 62… Whether you're a student or a CEO… Whether you're a parent, teacher, coach, pastor, mentor, entrepreneur, or simply someone learning how to lead yourself… THERE IS A LEADER WITHIN YOU. So here's the question: 🦁 ARE YOU THE LION? Do you lead through courage, strength, protection, and boldness?
