Soy Alex,
A first to do it type of entrepreneur, joining from San Diego, CA.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by trade building a multidisciplinary practice for our elderly population y sus familias. Bridging emotional and clinical services with practical community driven support. Some families need therapy, some need care planning, many need both.
I founded ElderWell Integrated Care in April and one goal I'd like to accomplish in the next 90 days is to foster consistent referral streams.
