I’m Araceli Ruiz O’Clair, based in Denver. I’m a proud Latina, a lifelong educator currently serving as a Director of Schools. For over 20 years, I've worked inside complex public school systems, doing everything from mentoring principals to developing leadership teams. Today, I use all that real-world experience as an ICF-credentialed executive coach.
My Big Challenge: Social media! 📲 My entire career has been spent face-to-face in the field. Trying to compress years of leadership and human-centered work into short, punchy digital content feels like a totally different language to me.
