Hello Juice Famiy, Just finished day one. I am passing a lot of gas and I am very hungry. Can we add a little fruit cup or some yogurt in between the juices ? Here’s to Day Two in a few hours

I had a convo with someone today about Mushrooms and curious if anyone in here has any knowledge about Mushroom benefits that would like to share!? I'm aware they are super healthy and some even consider them a super food but I haven't done any research or deep diving into them. I just know they are growing in popularity as of late.
