I had a convo with someone today about Mushrooms and curious if anyone in here has any knowledge about Mushroom benefits that would like to share!? I'm aware they are super healthy and some even consider them a super food but I haven't done any research or deep diving into them. I just know they are growing in popularity as of late. Hey JJB Family! At the end of our June group 3-day cleanse, those on our Zoom stated what their goals going forward. I’m happy to say that I’ve been consistently tracking calories & macros on the MyFitnessPal app. It’s now become a habit - when you keep a daily food diary, you become much more conscientious about what you put in your mouth😊 I also ordered another 3-day JJB, but it’s in my freezer. Anybody want to do another group daily check-in July 28-30 on this app? Julian may be too busy to do a daily live, but we can cheer each other to victory on here!
