Dinner
Tonight’s dinner, exact same as last night. Ground turkey breast, veggies and plantains. Forgot to share today’s breakfast which was three eggs and some berries. Lunch was a berry smoothie, some chicken & veg..on day 3 of week 1 cardio. Absolutely loving it and feeling great! So excited for what’s to come.
