This system is designed to pull your avatar OUT of survival mode and INTO the frequency of embodied peace. This will go beyond mindset, this is LITERALLY imitating the peace and safety into your reality. You should feel it though your body. 💯 this is a quick system to try out today.
1. 🌬️ Peace Exhale (60 seconds)
Inhale for 3
Exhale for 6
x 6 rounds.
This turns OFF the fight-or-flight system in the avatar immediately, causing your body to ground itself into its blissful state.
2. 🌿 The Peace Environment Shift (2–5 minutes)
Your avatar becomes the environment it sits in. If your environment holds chaos, noise, clutter, or stimulation…your avatar will too at some point.
So for 2–5 minutes, you shift your REALITY into peace by:
- turning off background noise
- dimming the lights or opening natural light
- clearing ONE small surface (desk, counter, bed corner)
- changing your physical position (sit on the floor, step outside, etc)
This signals to your subconscious that Peace is now the dominant environment for you.
Environment shifts cause identity shifts, which leads nervous system shifts.
3. ☕ The Peace Offering Ritual (1–3 minutes)
This is the REAL magic. This is something physical to do that grounds peace into the avatar.
Choose ONE:
- make warm tea
- take 3 sips of water slowly
- feel the rain or wind for 30 seconds
- place a hand on your heart + breathe once
- put one object back where it belongs
- light incense or a candle
- step outside and look at ONE tree/cloud
