Many women believe their struggle with food comes down to discipline.
But what I’ve been noticing is something different.
More often than not, it isn't about willpower…
It’s about the nervous system.
When we’re stressed, tired, or overwhelmed, the body looks for quick comfort.
Not because we’re doing something wrong…
But because the body is trying to help in the only way it knows how to.
This isn’t a weakness.
It's a response.
And when we begin to slow down and gently listen to what the body is actually asking for…
Things can start to shift in a much more supportive way.
