I used to think I needed more discipline to stop abandoning my own needs.
Turns out… I was running from an old belief that my wants were somehow selfish.
The moment I recognized that pattern, my body literally exhaled.
Now I notice that when I’m white-knuckling through decisions, I'm moving from a place that feels aligned and true.
There’s a very different energy between forcing yourself and trusting yourself.
