Feel-Good Friday 💛
I woke up with a headache this morning…
and noticed the old pattern immediately:
“Really? Heading into the weekend?”
Meanwhile, the sun is shining… and apparently rain is coming later. 🙃
So maybe it’s a little barometric moment…
Or maybe my body just wants something different today.
Either way… this felt like a good moment to practice what I talk about.
Not push through.
Not override.
Not try to “fix” the day.
Just listen.
Because this is where the pattern starts to shift.
Because a slower Friday…
is still a valid Friday.
A headache isn’t a failure to have a good day.
It’s your body speaking up—
asking for water
or quiet
or a softer pace
or just… a little less
Feel-Good Friday doesn’t always mean high energy.
Sometimes it just means permission.

You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to fix yourself to deserve care.
The version of you that’s here right now—
a little tired, maybe not feeling 100%—
is still worth tending to.
