I wanted to share something that’s been coming up for me this week.
December always brings a mix of reflection, pressure, old habits, and, if I’m honest, the urge to “finish the year strong,” even when my body actually wants to slow down.
So instead of pushing myself into productivity mode, I set one simple intention:
✨ Move a little slower
✨ Listen inward before I say yes
✨ Let my nervous system lead
I also recorded a guided visualization called “A New Season, A New Self” for anyone who wants to enter December with softness instead of self-pressure.
