Conversation with Earth.
This session was a guided meditation and spiritual discussion focused on Earth communication and personal transformation, a meditation connecting to Earth energy and divine guidance, followed by a discussion about releasing old patterns and understanding the difference between observing thoughts and emotions versus identifying with them. The conversation explored how past experiences and cultural traditions can influence current behaviors, particularly in parenting and personal growth, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and choosing alignment over automatic responses. Earth shared insights about working with the ego as a helper rather than a controller and discussed the need for consistent self-work and shadow exploration to release limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve personal growth.

Conversation with Earth.
What is grounding and why do we need to do it every day?
I asked myself this question because I didn't know how to control my energy, I felt constantly in fear and under super anxiety attacks that would come up out of nowhere. I learned that grounding is a way to connect with the Earth and the up above to keep yourself in an alignment, anchored in love and peace. I realized that I was doing it anyway without even knowing, and I think we all do it on a subconscious level. So, let's make it conscious and into practice. It is scientifically proven that everything is energy, that there is more empty space than occupied. That quantum entanglement exists and that we are all from one source, and the physical world is an illusion. But when we are living it, it feels so real, and it is sometimes so hard to see through this illusion. So, when we are in the midst of the emotional and energetic storm, we need all tools and practices to hold us through it. This technic that I use daily and any time I feel like I am not in control of my body, emotions, feelings, when energy feels scattered and other energies are present in my field. Here are some steps to describe the process and below is a short video example. 1. Find quiet space and take a comfortable sitting position, keeping your spine straight and shoulders relaxed, legs uncrossed, relaxed. Take 2-3 deep breaths cycles 4x4 box breathing technique. (4 counts breath in, 4 counts hold, 4 counts breath out, 4 counts hold, repeat). Continue with normal breathing, feel into your body, calm and centered. Present in now moment through focus on the inhale and exhale. 2. Visualize/ imagine 7 chakras of your body one by one starting from the bottom. (See picture below) and open all of them, dialing them up, aligning them to the center of your body. With intent that all is for the greater good of you and your body. Trusting that body will know what to do, that all systems of the energetic and astral bodies are coming online and functioning by design. When reached the top of your head, go a little higher and visualize chakra of your soul (pure gold). After attunement is complete, come back to your root chakra to ground.

It's never too late to start over! No matter who you are, no matter where you've been and what you've done. God is always welcoming you to his grace. You are always one decision away from your happiness, your freedom and your true self, which is Love. All you got to do is let go of fear! In all forms, all disguises and all levels. No excuses and no turning back. So, what is fear we all know, it's the feeling of floating anxiety and panic, that paralyzes you. Worries are the chronic fears. When we become cautious, blocked, tense, speechless, defensive, insecure we are trapped by fear. There are many types of fear such as fear of pain and suffering, fear of loving and be loved, fear of success and joy, fear of poverty, fear of boredom and responsibilities, fear of rejection, fear of hell and heaven, fear of ridicule and criticism, and so many more. The underlying cause is fear of retaliation, when we can't strike back, or hit or attack. When we let go of fear, we discover that often its anger at the object of fear itself. When we can face the combination fear/anger feelings and surrender them we move up to courage, which is higher frequency energy state. Now, when we know that we are angry and afraid of, we can step by step, surrender those attachments, emotional anchors that holds us back. Practicing consciously releasing people, places, and memories. With meditation practices like cutting cords, energetic white screen transformation, journalling and burning letters and so on we letting go of fear! More and more we surrender negative emotions and freeing space for love and acceptance. Guided meditation below will provide you with the tools to connect to yourself on a deeper level, connect to a quantum space and your over sole network, guides and higher self. And cutting cords, releasing attachments and recharging your field, setting intensions and manifesting desired life.

I  am awareness of grief.
Loss of a loved one is a heavy experience that human goes through, and especially during holidays it feels worse than ever. When our parents, siblings, close friends and family members are crossing over it is hard to let them go. It is difficult to imagine our lives without them. We feel all spectrum of emotions in such times. If not with support and tools this emotional wound can become more intense and slip into depression which is harder to overcome. So, what we feel is grief. Let’s start with answering this question: what is grief? Grief is a feeling of sadness, loss and hopelessness. Loneliness, the feeling of "if only". Regret. Feeling of abandonment, pain, nostalgia, melancholy. Leading to depression, longing, heartbreak, disappointment. Feelings that things are too difficult, that we will never make it. There is a cry for help. Feeling that we can't do anything about it, but maybe someone else can do it for us. Overall resistance to accepting reality how it is. We experience fear, dependence, holding onto past, feeling of need. Underneath it all is belief that you are not enough, that you need something external to live your life. By that you give your power to others, putting yourself into the position of victim. Most people are afraid to feel the grief because of how much suppressed grief we hold inside, and if we to feel it all we won't handle it. "If I were to start crying, I would never stop!" Suppressed grief is responsible for many psychosomatic conditions and health-related issues. When grief is allowed to be expressed, it becomes relinquished. When we stop resisting, we move into acceptance. Once we accept the fact that we can handle grief we are moving into higher vibration, pride. "I can do it!". When we let go of the grief we have been holding over the years, our face and bodies change because of how much weight is being let go. Letting go practice: releasing emotionally charged story connected to the event, create separation from feelings and self. When you have an understanding of why things worked out the way they are, accepting reality of what happened as is, and not how we wanted it to be, once understood and surrendered those feelings start flowing away. now we can feel something else, hope and love.
