Last month we learned about alignment and how to stack the chains of the body to maximize stability and strength. If you weren't around last month check out the classroom- it houses everything we cover in the portal. 🤩 This month we’re talking about how to travel through space in alignment. This simple sequence trains hip rotation without losing stability through the chain of the body. As you repeat it, don’t just focus on the steps — notice your thoughts. Do they create ease and strength… or tension and fear? If something feels shaky, that’s not failure — it’s feedback. Shift one thought into something positive and true to you.
