Is there anything people can do to heal their HPA axis, outside of reducing physical/mental stress, and taking PS, Adaptogens etc. supplements. I was doing deep dive to see if any peptides/bioregulators/small molecules would help since quitting my job and leaving my children isn't an option to reduce stress load LOL!! I have already done a cycle of epithalon and currently taking SS-31. Not sure if I notice anything on those LOL I think most perimenopause moms can relate to this!!
