Useful Supplements
Supplements are something that gets way overblown in our modern world. Everybody is always trying to sell you something. By far the most important part of your physical health and performance is your diet and sleep with supplements being a little icing on the cake. That said here are some supplements I take that can be useful:
Collagen - Supports joints and stimulates hair and skin growth.
Beet Root Powder - Opens up blood vessels to increase cardio vascular performance.
Omega 3 Fish Oil - An essential fatty acid that supports brain function.
Multi Vitamin - Covers up any holes you may have in your diet micro-nutrient wise.
