Introduction
Hey everyone — thanks for having me here.I’m really glad to see a space focused on long-term success with GLP-1s, not just quick weight loss. One thing that’s strongly supported in the research is that people tend to do best when they focus on three foundations alongside the medication: 1. Protein + strength work (helps preserve lean muscle). 2. Managing side effects early (hydration, fiber, slower dose increases). 3. Planning for maintenance (habits matter once the appetite suppression fades) Curious — what’s been the hardest part for people here so far: side effects, food intake, or the mental side of it?

Read the PIL (patient information leaflet)
A brief run through of the PIL and why it’s worth reading it properly (at least the first time you get your pen/needles). I see quite a lot of people asking questions on other groups about things that can be found in this leaflet where they are explained clearly. Any questions or anything that you’d like me to explain/.talk about regarding these drugs, nutrition or exercise whilst taken them - please comment below or ask in next weeks Q+A.
