I ate my soup and salad at lunch and it was so good. I probably should not have drank the smooth move tea last night because today after eating…nevermind!😂
Anywho, moving forward I’m going to do intermittent fasting and eating low carb meals with only water and maybe a smoothie/juice here and there. I’ll have a cheat meal maybe on Sunday’s and by cheat, I mean a potato, pasta, or rice type of eating. I’m going to try and eat clean vegan as much as possible. The substitutes have not been my friend.😩
Last week of the month, I’ll eat raw to prepare my body for another cleanse! I’ll repeat the process every month to help me stay pain free and lose some much needed weight. I would like to stay off my BP meds as well so it takes some work! I’m excited!🎉
