Hey peeps, so I did not plan too well. I didn’t have fruits or veggies to eat before I went to the office. I fully intended on bringing my golden goddess juice that I had left from yesterday and forgot it. Also forgot the other cucumber pineapple juice that I had. So I was on a water fast until about 2 o’clock. 🤦🏾♀️Then while in Smith, I ate one of the free bananas that they have out for kids to eat and that’s what broke my fast.😂 I went shopping for fruits and vegetables. I was so pressed for time and a little Hangry. I forgot my mushrooms, forgot the smooth, smooth tea. I went looking for the tahini, but couldn’t find it and had to leave.
This evening when I finally got home, I roasted some veggies and seasoned with avocado oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. I also had a cucumber and tomato salad 🥗 . I seasoned it with pepper, Trader Joe’s green goddess seasoning, with some Persian lime olive oil, and black fig balsamic vinegar. The oil and the vinegar I purchased from the farmers market a while back, it’s a local vendor that has various different infused oils and vinegar. It was super simple, the roasted veggies could’ve used a little extra something, but I was so happy to be chewing on something. 😆I was eating some fruit while waiting for my veggies to roast….
