Not My Best Week… But I’m Recommitting 💪🏽
Hey Glow Gang 💫 I’m sitting here this morning reflecting on last week—something I try to do every Monday. I look over my stats, track my data, and really ask myself where I’m at physically, mentally, and emotionally. And if I’m honest, last week wasn’t my best. I didn’t stick to most of the goals I set… but here’s what I did do: ✅ I showed up at the gym 4 times, and I’m holding on to that as a win. Progress isn’t always loud or perfect. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it’s just choosing not to quit. This week, I’m committing to one clear focus: 👉🏽 Hitting my 150g protein target daily. That’s it.
