Fed is best?!
Due to lots of neurodiversity with our boys we have many sensory factors at play when it comes to food. We have 4 boys weaned in the same way and yet they are wildly different with what they eat and enjoy. We have decided to make sure that food is not a battle ground and safe foods are always on the plate. A lot of judgement can come from food/the way families do mealtimes , even if very subtle. Any thoughts on ‘fed is best’?
How’s your week started?

Welcome to The Fun Food Club
Hey 👋 It's great to have you here! We all love our food and know that sometimes it's hard to get kids to eat anything, let alone something that's good for them 🥕 This is a place where you can share all your stories, ask advice and post your fun plates of food to help and encourage each other. Start by introducing yourself, we'd love to know where you're based and who you're cooking for!

My son loves fruit, I have not introduced him to processed sugar yet so it really is his version of 🍭 His current favourite is KIWI. What’s your child’s fav fruit and what age did you introduce sugar/sweet treats!

What food did you hate as a child that you’re now trying to serve your own kids?
I couldn't stand vegetables growing up! One in particular that I'm glad our child enjoys eating is carrots 🥕 He also enjoyed brussel spouts first time around which I still won't touch 🤣
