I won’t lie, it feels SO good to be easing back into training this week 😍
But I’m also approaching it differently.
Instead of diving back in like nothing happened, I’m:
✅ Starting with lighter weights and shorter sessions
✅ Focusing on mobility and proper warm-ups
✅ Listening to my body every step of the way
✅ Celebrating what I can do instead of what I can’t
This experience has been a reminder that fitness isn’t just about pushing harder. It’s about learning to ebb and flow with life.
And honestly? My body’s thanking me for it.
