Hey sister, welcome ๐Ÿค The Sisterhood Kitchen Circle is a calm, supportive space designed to help you build confidence, rhythm, and ease in the kitchen, without pressure, perfection, or overwhelm. You donโ€™t need to do everything. Just begin here. โœจ Step 1: Watch the โ€œStart Hereโ€ Video Go into Classroom > Part 1 > Start Here and watch the video in order to understand how to navigate through the community and how the course flow works. โœจ Step 2: Understand the Rhythm This community flows in a gentle weekly rhythm, guided by a monthly focus. Each week includes: - One live cooking demo - One Q&A - coaching call - Replays shared for you to watch anytime - Ongoing prompts, recipes, and practices to try in your own kitchen You can join live when it suits you, or move at your own pace. โœจ Step 3: Introduce Yourself Say hello in the comments below. Share your name, where youโ€™re joining from, and one thing youโ€™d love to feel more confident about in the kitchen. Thereโ€™s no pressure to be perfect here, just present. โœจ Step 4: Access the course through the "classroom" and start with Part 1! Each parts will be unlocked the more you will participate into the community and for each course unlocked! :) (feel free too share with us each time you unlocked a new course!! ๐ŸŒธ A Gentle Reminder This space is not about keeping up. It's about building trust with yourself, your food, and your kitchen, one step at a time. Ask questions, share wins, post photos, or simply observe until you feel ready. ๐ŸŒธ How the Sisterhood Kitchen Circle Works Each Week
Welcome. This space is designed to feel supportive, clear, and calm, not overwhelming. You donโ€™t need to keep up with everythingโ€”just follow the rhythm. Each month inside the Sisterhood Kitchen Circle has a simple focus, shared in the Monthly Ritual & Focus post. Everything that happens during the month supports that theme. Hereโ€™s what a typical week looks like: At the start of the week, youโ€™ll be invited into the monthly focus through a gentle ritual, intention, or reflection. This helps you ground into how you want your kitchen and nourishment to feel that week. During the week, we gather for two live group sessions: - One Cooking Demo, where we cook together and explore skills, flavour, and meal flow in real time - One Kitchen & Nourishment Coaching Call, where we discuss practical nutrition topics, pantry flow, planning, or questions from the community - All live sessions are recorded and shared inside Live Coaching & Replays. Throughout the week, youโ€™re encouraged to practice in your own kitchen. Recipes, skills, and prompts are shared inside Kitchen Practice, and youโ€™re always welcome to post questions, photos, or reflections in Ask a Chef & Community Q&A. You donโ€™t need to be present for everything. This Circle is designed to meet you where you are. Come live when you can, watch replays when you need, and participate in the way that supports your life. This is not about keeping up. It's about building rhythm, confidence, and ease, one week at a time! ๐Ÿ’œ

Hello friends, Iโ€™m excited to be part of The Feminine Kitchen and wanted to introduce myself and hopefully get to know some of you as well โฌ‡๏ธ My name is Hansini & I was born and raised in Mauritius ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡บ I left home at a young age and truthfully, put most of my focus on my education and career - the result being that I deprioritised cooking and have not gotten into the habit of thinking too much about the type of food Iโ€™m eating and having a varied diet! The funny thing is that I do enjoy eating the food that I make but I often make excuses to avoid cooking (e.g too tired today ๐Ÿ˜…, had a long day at work ๐Ÿ’ป, etc). I realised lately that it is not healthy (+ definitely not financially sustainable in this economy ๐Ÿ’ธ). Therefore, my goal is to connect more to this side of me and eventually create a habit to cook healthy and flavourful food without thinking too much about it. Somehow, it seems Iโ€™ve met our Chef Hind for a reason, and Iโ€™m truly looking forward to meeting some of you and attending the classes๐Ÿ’• Iโ€™m inspired already :) Do share your intro below as well if you want to connect xx
