Most people say tren affects mood because it’s a harsh compound. But I think that’s too simple. The more interesting question is whether some of tren’s mental effects are linked to what it may be doing in the brain, especially around the hippocampus and sleep disruption. Most people only think about carbs when they think about insulin. They think about glucose disposal, fullness, glycogen storage, pumps, and the obvious risk of going hypo. But one of the biggest things that gets missed is electrolyte management. Once insulin is introduced, electrolyte requirements do not stay the same. That is because insulin does not just lower blood glucose. It also changes nutrient transport, fluid distribution, and the way key minerals move between the bloodstream and the cell. You can drink plenty of water, have clear pee, and still feel flat, crampy, weak in the gym, and inconsistent from session to session. That’s because hydration is not just about water intake.
